Have instant access to your company provided benefit plans and information with The Benefit Solution (TBS) mobile app. Log into the App using the TBS username and password you have already been provided with. As a first time user, a client PIN is also required which will be provided to you in the announcement email and is also shown on the benefits portal (TBS) website. The App allows you to change your language preference if another language is available to you on the website. Features• View personal information on yourself and your dependents, if any• View your current benefit coverage in company provided benefit plans• Initiate enrollment transactions that will be completed on the benefits portal website• View spending and reimbursement account balances • Submit spending and reimbursement account claims using your device’s camera to take and upload receipts• View your total reward statement • Set your language preference Note that not all the features above may be available as this varies from company to company. Useless. App resets itself so you get locked out and the app support team can't do anything to help. Waste of time

Cannot get past login screen
The app mostly works. Log in wouldn't work as I needed to go on the browser from my work account and log in. I needed to change my password. Now it's changed, it works. Not all the features within the app work.
Stopped working
Stopped working. I'm trying to log in and it just goes in loops asking me to re-enter my password. I tried with fingerprint- the same. I can't access anything. I hope it gets fixed coz I can see from other comment its since last year.
Awful so far, crashes as soon as I enter login details, before submitting them. No idea yet what it's like to use
Like a previous poster this has stopped working, after inputting the password it says loading then just shows the login page again with the password removed. Please fix it this is how I view/manage my pension.
The app just stays stuck on the login page. You just get a spinning loading wheel, then removes the password you entered and doesn't log you in
